We offer complete solution of problems of the manufacture sensing elements of chemical gas sensors to detect the inflammable gases in the air. We can produce and test sensors, develop devices which provide optimal operating conditions of sensors. In the frames of these developments, we propose a new manufacturing technology of chemical gas sensors. The base of measuring elements is film microheater, placed on a thin ceramic aluminum oxide membrane. This membrane is fixed hard on a massive aluminum oxide base. Sensors manufactured by this method are known as TAF-sensors, and method of manufacture - TAF-technology. |
